Terms & Conditions Handy ONDEMAND™ Subscription is only valid to one person per household. All repairs are subject to approval. *Ceiling painting (only white) includes a monthly total of 2 ceilings painted only white color. Additional ceilings surpassing the monthly total will be subject to additional expense and billed separately. **Wall painting (any color) includes a monthly total of 4 walls painted only in any color. Additional walls surpassing the monthly total will be subject to additional expense and billed separately. ***Light cement repairs will have to be inspected prior job to make sure it is covered by your Handy ONDEMAND™ Subscription. ****Light carpentry repairs will have to be inspected prior job to make sure it is covered by your Handy ONDEMAND™ Subscription. Your Handy ONDEMAND™ Subscription covers a total of 4 monthly service requests. Your monthly service requests will renew each month. Materials and paint cost are covered with your subscription. Cancellation and Refund policy: Subscription can be cancelled any time prior 10 days of the subscribing month to qualify for a full refund for that month, cancelling will void coverage for any jobs performed within that month and original project price will be applied and would have to be paid in full. After cancelling subscription you can resubscribe, however, resubscribers are subject to a 1 month hold on the account before being able to request projects under the Handy ONDEMAND™ subscription to prevent any fraud activities.
